Garnet's smile doesn't go away, even through the extended, exaggerated, contented sigh as she feels Pearl settle against her. She thinks she'd like to stay like this, maybe take a little nap to recover, but she's sure there's more to be done with soothing Pearl's cuts. And they both definitely need to go wash up after all that.
