Pearl drapes atop Garnet with grateful bonelessness, head lolling into the crook of her neck. She's close enough to smell her skin, the taste of sweat faintly prickling her tongue. The carpet no longer irritates her skin, and Garnet is soft. It's nice like this. Good.
At the question, Pearl can only bob her head in a series of eager nods. "Thank you," she adds after a moment, voice raspy with wear, and tilts her head up to meet Garnet's eyes. Her tears are beginning to slow, and she tries to clear her vision with a dew heavy blinks.
She's still a little lost, can't quite feel her fingertips -- but Pearl feels lighter than she has in days, maybe weeks, and Garnet's holding her.
A smile wobbles onto her features, timid. "Tea, maybe?"
